Cheap Tickets.com Did not honor a refund since August 2012,made hundreds of calls and keep postponed Chicago, Illinois
Yes we purchased a package flight/hotel from Cheap Tikets ,big mistake, a refund for the hotel portion supposed to be aply to my credit card but it has not happened since Aug.2012 an it's November now.I made hundreds of calls but they gave me the round around "give us five days and it's going to happened" it did not (yet) maybe the only way it's to sue the co.
