CHEAP TICKETS Refund Scam Artists/No JetBlue Credit Issued, Internet
Cheap tickets.com will lie to you if you cancel your package deal and say that you have credit with Jet Blue. They will even tell you what to say to Jet Blue Agents to locate your credit. When in fact there is no credit issued to Jet Blue and eventually you are told that Only cheap tickets can rebook a new ticket on Jet Blue then they increase the airfare from $288 to $1200 one way. Do Not Use This Service! The Filipino customer service agents no nothing and tell lies.
