I am writing to find out if I was rip-off by an insurance company. My policy was cancellled without my knowledge, and the company that wrote up the claim here in Houston, did not get any

information that my policy was been considered for cancellation.

I have been paying different amount each month since I've been with the company. In the last three-four months it had been the same, so I thought everything was on track now. When I went in to pay my premiun on March 31st, the person that I always make my payment to-name(Tammy Courtney)-we was discussing that it had finally gotten on track and that she and I was wondering why it was always different so at my request she call the main company-Charter Ins, Co. in Dallas, to ask why and to make sure it was the same amount this month, and was told by one of their represenatives that my policy had been cancelled becasue I made a partial payment last month. Tamy and I was shocked becasue she was the one who quoted me last month, I had been paying this amount for the last 3-4 months, and there was no notification that it had changed again and no notification that it was going to be cancelled. LLoyd's Ins. Co. in Houston(the one I make my payments to), did not get any notice and neither did I. The policy was cancelled seven days after I made am payment in February and that means I have been riding around without insurance since that time, and did not know. They put ne at risk, I could have easliy gone to buy more insurance. I have not been without insurance since it became a law not to have it.

I donot aprreciate what this compnay has done, from day one of getting this policy I should have known it would be this way, because from day one they changed my policy amount 2-3times the amount when I first got with them. I have never in my life ahd a accident, and I am now 43yrs of age. I slightly bump a car just recently, which cause no damage to my car.
