CHARTER COMMUNICATIONS Failure to prvide goods & internet services as promised ripoff Medford Oregon
I am fed up with your company making promises for goods and service that they cannot deliver. I finally had one of your installers come to home to install my 2MB Pipeline Service today, and after he checks out my computer to insure it is of the required specifications, he says that he needs to check the crawl space access to do the installation. I took him outside behind my location where it was located and, he see's a little water in the opening where it is located and then turns to me and says " I'm not going down there ".
This individual refused to install my service because he did not want to get a little wet or muddy. I would think that I am a valued customer of Charter Communications, but apparently not so. I AM CONSIDERING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST CHARTER COMMUNICATIONS AND THERE AGENTS TO INCLUDE ; CIRCUIT CITY STORES INC. AND THE CONTRACT INSTALLERS THAT WORK FOR CHARTER COMMUNICATIONS WHO INSTALL THEIR SERVICE.
I have been promised goods and services that you have failed to provide to me, even though I have paid for twice now. I also have been disrespected in my own home by one of your installers and discriminated against for service based on - the weather of all things. Your installer told me that if I wanted to crawl under my apartment unit to drill the hole for the cable to go through, he would then install the rest of the service !
I shall urge you to not disregard this message, nor the actions that I am planning on taking against you. I am also forwarding a copy of this letter to the PUC of the State of Oregon, as well as the Attorney Generals office for action against your company and Circuit City.
