CCA (Capital Credit Alliance) Rip Off scam
I also received a "credit card" for purchasing things from a "cca catalog" and couldn't ever find anything on the internet concerning "CCA"... I did notice though on the small print on the back of the "applicaion form" that the membership fee is $200 and then the annual fee is $99.... Im sure that once you sign up and receive your catalogs that the merchandise is going to be outrageous just like their membersip fee.... That is IF there is a "catalog"... My feeling is it will either be outrageous or they are making their money solely from the membership fees. Another thing that might interest you concerning this company is that about 5 months go they sent my fiance' one of these cards so he was very excited thinking he could maybe better his credit status, he called them to activate the card and as wary as we are he asked them a few basic questions just to be sure.... They told him to feel free and check out their website and low and behold, the URL they gave him didn't even exist.. In my personal opinion I would urge you NOT to associate with this company...
