The dentist I went to filled out for my Carecredit credit card. They told my that my payments would be deferred for a year. Well I also got a bill that had 25% interest on it and I called my dr.'s office and they advised me to call Carecredit. I called Carecredit and they told me that my dr.'s office was suppose to submit that I wanted deferred payments. Then I called my dr.'s office back and they denied that statement. I don't know what kind of business they are running but it's for the birds. Hard working people with kids to raise and my wife is a stay home Mom and know job. We cannot afford to pay 25% interest!!!!! We should have already paid this amount off.

This is to the person that wrote the report. I work for Care Credit and train the offices on how to use the program. I personally know as a trainer, the office should have informed you of "deferred interest" for 12 months. They could have put the charge on the wrong Payment Plan. Therfore you would have have the 25% interest rate. Also, on your bill that you receive, there is a box that shows you that interest is accruing on the account! You also could have called Carmember Inquiries for questions regarding your statement. They would have been happy to satisfy your needs. This could have been avoided, if Care Credit was notified of this in the beginning. I appoligize for the micomunication and the inconvenience that this has caused you. Thank you.
