Capital First rip-off Miami Florida
Took money out of our account, before the required ten day trial period was up. We contacted these people many times, and they told us they were going to refund our money, and it has never happened.
We received our packet on the 3rd of July and returned it certified mail on the 10th of July. On the 8th of July they took the other 99.99 out of our account. I called them and told them we had'nt had the packet for the 10 day trial period, and that we had actually sent it back. It was recieved and signed for by a company representative on the 16th of July.
We have contacted them many times, and talked to numerous people. They have all told us they were going to refund our money. I can't tell you how many times they have told us the check is in the mail. They told us they were going to refund 159.00.
The last time we have has any contact with them was back in October. Now everytime we call the line is always busy.
