Capital Credit Alliance CCA National Membercard offer
I received an unsolicited credit card. The activation number appeared prominently on a sticker on the front of the card as well as in the material on the back. On the very fine print on the rear I discovered that if I called in to activate the card, in two months, even if I never used the card, I would be charged $99 annual fee. That is a ripoff!
