Here is a sample of their misleading mailer. Their phone solicitation is more direct, telling consumers they will receive a Visa Card.

They sent me a letter on April 02, 2002. Promised me a platinum credit card limit $5000. I sent the one time membership fee only $39.00 and its now July 08, 2002 and haven't recieved nothing.
