Ayal Chavoinik (Camel's owner) , you say you work hard to keep your name in good standing. Can you tell us what this means, taken from the BBB's report for Camel Moving? "Some complainants allege the total moving cost exceeded the written estimate price given before the move, items were lost or stolen, or damages occurred during transport. Other customers complain they encountered difficulties submitting damage claims or receiving compensation for their losses. The company addresses complaints regarding lost or damaged items by advising customers of the insurance coverage they purchased, and by advising them on claims procedures. The company responds to other complaints by referring to their contract, which states they are not responsible for damage to particle wood furniture or linoleum flooring. " Of the 27 complaints listed, 4 have not been dealt with. 14 of the others forced you to perform according to the contract, meaningyou had admitted that you were not performing according to the contract before that time. 7 other times, you felt so bad that you were forced to give mney back to settle the dispute. I would also love to hear your take on the $3020 fine the DOT slapped on your for using a physically unqualified driver, only 2 months after you have received those four violations on your failure to keep your paperwork up to snuff. I would think you'd have learned. Does this sound like the record of a company that treats its customers well and cares about its image? I'm not a fan of the BBB, and neither is this site, but this one report, that you tell everyone to go check out, shows EXACTLY why the original author of this complaint is completely believeable!

I work at Camel Moving & Storage for over 15 years. This company IS NOT as described!!! We are doing businees under the same name since 1991, and working with great pride and integrity. Most of our business comes from return cuatomers that have moved with us several times. We are working very hard at the customers residents, as well as at the office to do our very best to complete every job to the full satisfaction of our customers. We never ever take anything from the customers house (it's a complete lie)and if there is any kind of problem or damage, we will do anything that is possible to resolve it to the full satisfaction of our customer. The report that is written here lookes compltly false. If at any of our moving jobs there is a claim or a complaint, we will always solve the problem immidiatly with great respect, honest, and fair resolts.We will always treat our customers with full respect,give full and honest estimate, and complete the job 100%. Thank you for readind our side and hope that it will be considered as we really work hard to keep our name in good standing.(check the BBB).
