california university of pa ruined my credit
i have thirteen student loans that were accumulated throughout my six years attending california university of pa. after which, i enlisted in the pennsylvania national guard to help pay back these loans. they totaled approximately 25000 dollars. i am under contract with the guard for them to pay on all of my student loans until the year 2002. i was under the assumption that all was going well with these arrangements until six months ago. this is when i decided to attempt to purchase a new car. i then found out that my credit has four loans in default for two years. i immediately contacted the bursur at cal u and told her that there was some mistake. she informed me that there was no payment made by the national guard duing that time. i then contacted my superiors in the guard. i later found that there was a mistake made in the paperwork three years ago. the guard took credit for the mistake and wrote a letter to mrs ray acknowledging this mistake. she told me that i would have to prove this and then i havent heard from her since. i have email, called, and tried to visit her but she has been avoiding me. now the institute that handles the delinquent accounts for cal u wants me to pay 2700 dollars in back payments(which i cannot afford) my credit is in dire straits, i cannot get a credit card, buy a car, or consolidate all of student loans to get out of this financial struggle. in short they have hung me out to dry, and i have no idea what to do. they both work for the pennsylvania state government, why cant they call each other up and fix this?

The only way people to get thru to people is,to threaten them and as sad as that may sound. its true. tell them if they dont straighten this out. you will have this on every TV news station that you can think of. tell the college to play ball or you will have to play dirty. believe me no body wants bad publicity and you see how fast your credit will be fixed and if the service wrote them a letter what is left to prove? belive me its all in your favor. Stand strong and dont let big companies, colleges, or any corporation ever put you in a corner. Unfortunely people get off on being bullies Fox news will help you just open any local news station on line there are places you can write to and they will slam them on national Tv. Good Luck..........
