Byrnes Market, San Jose, CA., 'expired and moldy products'
I have just quite my job at Byrne's market and Deli and think
the consumers should have a right to know there food they are
buying is likely to be expired and or moldy! Firstly, in the
deli they chop off the mold from the cheese, sell dented and
taped up food products, sell expired and moldy products
through out the store. In addition they purposely place the
price tags right over the expiration date on a lot of there
products. I have heard countless stories of costumers returning
moldy products, as one costumer once bought some cheese later to
find the bottom of it covered in mold as she was chewing on it,
then vomited.
