I tried to cancel my membership on Mar 3. They told me to just try them out for another month, and if I did not feel it was worth it, I could cancel and get a full refund.
On Apr 2, I called to cancel since I got no benefit from their services for the month. They informed me they would not be able to credit me for the refund I wanted last month, only this month. So, even though they told me I could get a refund on what they charged me, they would only refund me half of what they charged me, although I never utilized their services.
