Bought 4 Frigidaire appliances from Appliance Factory Outlet in Oct. 2014 in Centennial, University Blvd.  I also bought a 4 year extended warranty from them on all appliances.  The refrigerator icemaker broke 5 times and was repaired each time.  On the 6th time, Eric from Brand Source deemed it not repairable.  The manufacturer agreed that it cannot be fixed.  Used reference #81836547. When I call Appliance Factory 720-763-3313 and spoke to both Nate and Matt (managers) they both told me there is nothing they can do. 

They sold me the warranty and do not back it up! I called Product Protection Plus at 303-372-6760 over a dozen times but all you get is voicemail saying they will call you back which they never do.  I reported this to Brand Source and they said they'll look into it.  This problem has been going on since July 18th with no solutions.  The website for Product Protection Plus.net says "if we can't fix it, we'll replace it". I called the President's hotline for Brand Source at 303-336-1599 and left messages. 

All I want is for all three companies to stop giving me the run around and either fix the appliance after 6 tries, or replace the lemon I bought.  I've reported them to the Better Business Bureau and Attorney Generals consumer affairs. After reading all the bad reviews about these companies, I feel that I am yet another duped consumer.  I paid good money for this appliance (over $1700.00) and thought I was getting a good product.  I bought the warranty because I thought I'd be covered if anything broke. Wrong...
