Blue Haven Pools rip-off Santa Rosa California
Blue Haven Pools is a sham and ripoff company! They will dazzle you with pretty BS brochures and lies upon lies! Our pool is 2 years old and still not finished! Blue Haven took all of our money and abandonded us and will not respond to over 100 faxes, letters, calls, etc. We were promised that the pool would be done in May, 2001.
To make matters worse, a lawyer advised us to simply take the company to small claims court and lose $7000. The reason, the Santa Rosa general manger, Joe Lovett has 2 alias names and a suspended license in Stockton, Ca. That information is available on the State Contractor's License Board website. With that said, the lawyer suspects that Blue Haven will just abandon us further and move away!
What a nightmare Blue haven has been! Avoid them like the plague! Anyone may contact us for for accurate and truthful accounting of their scummy ways at 707-838-8786. We MUST ensure that no one else gets taken!
