biggreeneggtables.com Brian Crisler Accepts money for expensive products that never ship, Internet
Biggreeneggtables.com with its owner, Brian Crisler, "sells" high-priced custom tables for the popular Big Green Egg barbecue grills. He and/or the website collects money for the tables up front, but never ships the product. Prices for these tables range from $500 - $1800.
My experience followed the same pattern as many others who trusted Brian with their money. It started viewing the web site and looking at the photos of tables and the shop in which they are allegedly built. Having seen products I liked, I contacted Brian by the phone number on the web site for more information.
Brian was very friendly, easy to work with and seemed quite knowledgeable about the products. He was very responsive by phone and email prior to the sale. Once the funds were paid, the communication ended.
I was told my product would ship within 15 days. It's been 5 weeks since I paid him and I have received nothing - not even a response to an email. To hear about others that have had the same experience, check out the Big Green Egg user forum at eggheadforum.com.
