I would not bother with the BBB. As mentioned the BBB receives fee's from business's so they are not as willing to downgrade the company as you might expect. Instead, file a complaint with the state Attorney Generals Office. Also ytou may file a consumer fraud complaint or sue the company in court.

Before I entered into an agreement with Bernard Haldane, I contacted the BBB bureau in the city that the Haldane office occurs. Haldane has no complaints filed and in fact they have a very satisfactory record. This seems somewhat incongruent with the complaints I have been hearing with the Rip Off report. I am sure there are unscrupulous people working in some Haldane office somewhere but does that mean you should brand the whole organization bad by a few bad apples. This is not an employment or recruiting agency and people should not expect they are going to be guaranteed jobs. Their whole purpose is to develop new skills, many of which the vast majority of job hunters don't have. That is why I signed up with them.
