Complaint Review: Baggerz by Lupe - Lupe Aguayo - Mesa Arizona - Scammer - Ripoff - Empty Promises ------- Bought handlebars and had work done only to be ripped off and left hanging. Bait and switch. Recently fired - Mesa Arizona

 I brought my 2006 Street Glide to Lupe about a year ago for a full build out...Front and rear fenders, tank, bags...etc. Lupe was extremely knowledgeable and helped me every step of the way. To the person who who filed the initial report ,you sound like a angry jealous ex-girlfriend. You should ashamed of yourself. I've talked to many of the "people" in the industry and I heard Lupe to be one of the most down to earth respected builders around. The way you described Lupe doesn't sound like the person who made suggestions, listened to my requests and kept in contact with me every step of the way during my build. I've got nothing but nice things to say about Lupe and his work ethic. I do agree with one thing the complainer stated...Do your homework and ask around. You will hear that Lupe knows the business and conducts himself with the utmost respect. p.s. Don't complain that you are not getting what you want, just be glad that you are not getting what you deserve.

Can't wait for him to start my stuff.  Sorry if you want to keep pushing the myth but I like him.  And I didn't know that was a family pic but hey I found it funny -  why do you care about his family picture anyway? He has done me no wrong and since you keep bringing it up I have asked my buddies about him and they had nothing but good things to say.  So I don'tknow what crowd you run with or why you are hellbent on expressing yourself.   You can call names and act  angry all you want which seems odd given the fact I don't know you but I still stand by him. 

Off to ride - find a hobby - you might feel better. And like I said you know where he works just go over there and talk to him. 

another rebuttal by the same person.  who are you anyways?   you are either a complete idiot or can't read.  lupe doesn't return calls or solve situations.   today i talked with two others that lupe has screwed as well.   one person who had his motorcross bike worked on and the other who had his harley worked on.  

i can go on.   you say for me to contact lupe and solve the issue.   guess what you moron, i did call lupe several times as i said in my original complaint and i can't get a call back.   i was fu#ked out of money and there is nothing you can do about it.   also, i have no idea why you are sticking up for this guy.   isn't he man enough to respond on his own?   he's a weasel in the industry.  

 he's a classy guy too.  you can see him with his wife in the picture that i got off his facebook account.   middle finger in family pictures.   gotta love it!   

 it's obvious you don't know what the hell you are talking about.   you say you want to get a bike built by him and you also mention you know his mom is deathly ill?    so what are you a family member or a customer?   you sound like a fraud like lupe.    shut your mouth and stick to the facts.    lupe left me and many others high and dry.   it's not secret in the arizona biker community and i'm sure there will be others that will sound off now that i have posted on ripoff report.   good night

I don't know, why don't you just contact Lupe directly and deal with it.  I have had no problems and he has done work for me for a long time. In fact I'm really into his work and am going to have him build me a bike -  so thanks for the "warning" but I got this handled.    I know the owner at Stellar personally so I'm going to give him a call.  As to Lupe hats off to him for the hard work and his skills.  Not all disagreements will be resolved but if you think he owes you, and you seem to know him well, just go over to his shop and work it out?  Seems logical to me.

To who ever wrote a rebuttal for Lupe you are wrong!!!!!!    Looks like a shameless attempt to COVER UP for a guy that has deceived me and countless others.   I was basically stolen from and left hanging.  

 the name of the company that Lupe was fired from is stellar autoplex.  Lupe did work on my bike on the side and didn't run it through his former employer. (stellar)   I did make contact with the owner of stellar and he confirmed that he knew nothing about my bike.   I stand by my word and know of many others that have been wronged by lupe aguayo and his newly formed company that is being run out of his moms garage, baggerz by lupe.   It's not a secret!!

 To whoever is reading this also be aware that lupe works on motorcross bikes under the name L.A. Prep.   Do your due diligence before handing over a single penny to this guy.   Best advice I can give is to ask around in the industry if you plan on having Lupe do ANY work for you.   there are many reputible companies in arizona to do business with.  Stay safe!!!!

I believe that the "report' was done in retaliation for personal issues between Lupe and someone.  The fact is that if this person has a complaint with Stellar Automotive (which is not really who Lupe worked for) then this person should go straight to the owner of Stellar.  The owner of Stellar is outstanding and I am sure he would be happy to sit down and talk about this issue and the solid facts.  Most people when they have work done and they are not happy they can go straight to the owner (not the employee) and work through it. From what I know Stellar is just that - a cut above the rest.  No one wants an unhappy client - and hats off to lupe for working in a garage on his elderly mother's property so that not only can he work and provide for his family but also keep an eye on his sick, elderly mother.  He is to be commended.   It shows heart and it shows his strong work ethic.  I wish him every success.  To make vague comments and not support them with facts or names, dates or times, just seems childish.  I wish Lupe every success.   He doesn't have the time to respond to such diatribe but I do know he has been in the business for years.  He has never lacked for work.  He must be doing something right! Go get em Lupe!
