We have tried to get help from the people at AutoNation at Forest Park and they have recently closed down so we were told to contact you. We purchased a used 1994 Chevrolet Blazer Tahoe LT. Since our purchase we have had to take the car in for repairs on 14 different occasions. We are at a loss as to all of the problems that this car has caused us.

Just to list some of the problems that we have experienced with this car since we received it. The first was the ERG valve went bad 31 days after we purchased the car.

The next problem that occurred was with the transmission and we had to have the car back 4 times to AutoNation for them to fix it properly.

Then the heating core went out on the car and that had to be fixed.

Next the power brake booster went out on it and had to be replaced.

We also had a tire with a slow leak in it and we had asked them to plug it and fill it for us. About 10 miles out of the lot the tire went flat because they never plugged it they just filled it.

Next we were told by AutoNation that the catalytic converter was bad so we took it somewhere else and they said that it was fine it just needed a new exhaust system put in it so we had to have that done.

Finally on this last occasion we had the car in with some engine problems and were told that the fuel injector needed to be replaced. They gave us the car back a couple of days later and said everything was fixed and that they would need to mail us the paper work, they never did. Needless to say the fuel injector was never fixed and we had to take it to the AutoNation on Fields Ertel. They said that not only was the fuel injector not fixed but it also needed a gasket, upper and lower ball joints, idler arm and alignment.

Also not fixed, but wrong with it is the window motor is bad and the rear defogger does not work. They had the car for 2 days before they could tell us if it was under warranty. These are supposedly fixed now but as we were driving the car back to our house the Check engine light came on and stayed on.

We then had to take it right back and were told that it came on because there was a piece of carbon stuck in the ERG valve. One day after getting the car back it still has the same problems. The car seems like it hasn't been touched.

It has a horrible odor coming from it and the exhaust leaves a black mark on the driveway. These are all of the problems that the car has had so far. After 1 day of this repair on the fuel injection the car is still having the same problems. It smells like gas and it does not run right. They DID NOT fix the problem. The will not help us!
