I was at the Towbin Dodge Valley Auto Mall in Henderson Nv. I thought I was getting a great deal when the sales man told me I could buy the car I wanted for $14,000.00, a brand new Dodge Neon 2000. We went to the finance office to consumate the deal.
After I signed the contracts(later that day at home) I noticed that the purchase price was for $18,302.00 . I contacted the finance man at Towbin Dodge. He said it was the warranty. I said what warranty?!!!!
When I first talked to the saleman and the finance man before I signed anything I told them both that I didn't want any warranty or extended warranty. The "old bait and switch" and I fell for it!
