I used to work for Arcadia and considering how many drunks and ex convicts work there i am surprised they can do so well. They sell more drugs at Arcadia than good loans.

I was refinancing my home yesterday when my mortgage holder let me know that i had a bad credit report. I inquired who? they said Arcadia financial. I was upset to learn that I had a negatively bad credit report, considering I've never been an Arcadia customer. How is it that a company who you've never financed or had an account with, has the right to pick my name and give a negative report on when they never dealt with me? People have to sign a written contract or agreement for you to be able to mess up or even evaluate. I've never financed or had a contract with this company. My brother had not me. I try to call and clarify this situation. When all the woman could say Is your account Number, I told her I didn't have one because I'm not a customer. All I want to do is clear this matter off my credit report, when she abruptly said the same thing over. Then hung up on me. This matter needs to be approached and taken off my credit report not dismissed as if I deserved to be convicted or codemn to their mistake. sincerely falsely accused
