On 9/4/2013 I order a Samsung refrigerator from Appliance Connection.com which i found through Amazon.com search. The order was confirmed and billed to my credit card. A general delivery statement said that it would arrive in 4-7 days. I called them several times and after many delays and disinformation, they promised to call or email a firm delivery date by noon on 9/13/2013.  No call or email came.  I then did a search on the company and came up with a Ripoff Report. Called my credit card company and intiated dispute on the charge. Send an email to Amazon advising them to take down any reference to Appliance Connections on their site.

AppliancesConnection fufilled their contract with us on September 20, 2013.  The Samsung refrigerator was delivered, uncrated, placed in our kitchen, turn on and inspected for any damage. Now running fine.  Although it was a very difficult negotiation to get them to deliver the unit in-house and haul away the old unit, they finally did everything the order specified.  Their price was the best.  However communicating with them after placing the order regarding delivery was a nightmare.  I would think twice about ordering a large appliance from them.
