I purchased a new 2018 2500 hd Denali truck and quickly (within 2 days) contacted them about many rusted and corroded materials on the vehicle. I have been told to deal with General Motors to get corrected. Nothing has been corrected from either companies. I also have problems with dealership installed options which have not been corrected either.

It has been over 3 months since the purchase of the vechile and no one will accept the responsibility of what they sold me. Once I signed and payed , it has been my problem and waisted time with dozens of emails and phone calls. None of which has resulted in any corrections. This vechiles problems are very obvious and I have pictures to show that are very clear.

I have not asked for anything more than the correction of the parts and services that I should of received from the original purchase. There are other issues from the purchase from the dealership that I can discuss also. Wrong odometer report , unprepared vechile check , which includes not topping off fluids , checking tire pressures and improper installations that I also have pictures of if needed.
