American Frieght Do not stand up to their warranty and very rude at the home office and customer service Lexington Ohio
I bought 2 mattresses from American Freight that have a 10 year warranty on them. 1 of them is all squashed and I showed through video and pictures that the areas in question were way beyond the normal wear that the customer service lady said they were allowed. She was rude. She did not try to help. She would not return my calls. She would not listen to reason. She made rude comments to me through email.
