American Freight Furniture, American Freight Furniture - Bad Bad Bad !!!! Horrible!! Augusta Georgia
I pretty much furnished my whole entire house and was told everything was in. They delivered my furniture and I was missing items. I called back they told me they would have the items to me the next day. I called back the next day because I still hadn’t received anything. they told me they had to go to Columbia to pick my items up and would have them to me ASAP. Long story short I’ve been given the run around for an entire week. I went back to the store they told me the mattress I ordered was not in yet!!! I had to purchase a new mattress and I explained to them that the mattress was for my grandma and I needed it delivered that day because I’ve already waited and week. They told me all of the items I was missing was in store coming out to me and was promised by the manager Joseph that it was guaranteed to be delivered Today !!!! At around 7:20 I called the store back because nothing still haven’t arrived after I left the store at 1:00. Once again The manager Joseph answered the phone and said your stuff is on the way and I still have nothing !!! I spent almost 8,000 in furniture!!! I’m pissed !! The time is now 9:30 pm and a week late and I have nothing not a call not even an explanation!!!
