I hope you get your money back and I really wonder who this Gordon is but maybe they could produce him in court to vouch for their good work. You should have kept all the bad parts or used parts that where said to have been used by the man who repaired or repairs your transmission. Even the lip seals and metal clad seals you will find numbers on these parts. They can be used not only to find out if they are factory installed and even what month and year they were made. You can find out the maker of these seals by the patent mark that they use get in touch with them with the number on the seal they tell you if it was sold to the car manufacture or after market also year and month.

I HAVE GOT TRANSMISSION FROM ALL-TRANZ FOR MANY YEARS NOW, AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN RIP-OFF. HAD A BAD UNIT OR TWO BUT THEY FIXED THEM FINE. I DONT KNOW THE OWNERS OR NERVER MET ANY EMPLOEES. ALL MY ORDERS HAVE BEEN OVER THE PH. I HATE TO SEE GOOD CO. LIKE THIS GET SLAMED. ALL TRANZ IS 1 OF THE "FEW" HONEST/GOOD SHOPS TO DEAL WITH.
