Waited month praying for child in NICU, Tiffany knowws! Per Toyota, No New Pump or Battery, were Not Replaced! Invoice 11/4/'22, States 12 Month Warranty Expires 10/5/'23 Check Engine Light Reported 9 Days, Red Signal 23 rd day!!!! Request Proof You Replaced Pump & Battery you claim was installed! Drove 409 miles/26 days, Pump-Battery Resolution: Refund $650 Paid in Good Faith! Fair & Reasonable expectation to last more than 9-23 days, Towed again, You Failed To Honor Warranty, Show Proof you Replaced Parts, Toyota states Not, shade tree Not Toyota Certified, failed work, cheated disabled senior! Total Loss to your Failure!!! Prove You Replaced Parts, Totaled Car lost $6k lawsuit, or Refund $650..Will Post Settlement Favorable!!! Hi, Mr. Folino failed to mention that his vehicle was left for my shop for months at a time because he couldn't afford to repair it. It was repaired and then several weeks went by before he picked it up. We have been dealing with this unprofessional and unruly individual since 2020. Fast forward 3 to 4 months after picking it up and he has it towed in after falsely filing a claim with geico(his own auto insurance) for his catalytic converter being stolen from in front of his apartment(their fraud investigator called us to get a better picture of his character and fraud he was trying to pull). At this point his inverter converter had failed as a result of his vehicle sitting for months on end again in front of his apartment and he agreed to pay 1150 for the repair. He came and picked it up from our shop 2 months after drop off but could not afford to pay the full amount so he paid 500 cash and 100 from his daughter's credit card and carried a balance of 550. He disappeared at this point again for 3 to 4 weeks and didn't settle his balance but instead started posting this malarchy all over the internet and then tried to dispute the 100 on his daughter's credit card which we challenged and he subsequently lost his claim there. I would advise this gentleman as well as the owner of this site to cease and desist immediately as my company will promptly retaliate against false claims and accusations with our attorney. Ps. I work very hard and run an honest operation if you read our reviews they will speak the truth and not this fraudster.
