Business People, Don't Buy an Automatic Telephone Dialer Ever!
I purchased a automatic telephone dialing machine called the Prospedt Creater. I spent over 13,880 in purchasing and setting
up this machine for getting prospects for Insurance Sales. Advanced Marketing Concepts, LLC, 2800 Townbluff Drive, of
Plano, Texas 75075 are producers of the product.
I was told over and over and in writing that this machine was
legal to use in the State of Utah, and I was told that the
company would keep the machine in compliance with Utah laws, give
me complete training and service on keeping the machine going.
I had consumer complaints, and with in two weeks after spending the money, I had to shut down my mahcine in fear
of law suits. I was told the machine had a money back guarantee,
since I ask for my money back, they will not return calls, or
pick up certifed mail at the post office.
The Prospect Creator had a mult-level marketing plan, and my
insurance broker under the plan recieved a commission because
I purchase the machine through them, when I ask for my money
back they terminated my insurance contract. Their systems was
to pay for my payement through insurance sales. This now left
me with have to generate new money to pay for the machine.
I have found out the hard way that automatic dialers are not
legal to make calls to anyone persons that you have not had
a proviable business relationship with.
