Poorest Internet Service Ever! Access Developers LLC
Contracted w/Access Developers LCC on 1/14/99, could not log in until 3/8/99 due to glitch on their end. Lost e-mail access between 8/99 and 9/21/99. Lost all Internet access in 9/99.
Wrote to cancel service 9/21/99, asking for 6.75 months refund of $67.16. Got no response. Went thru local Better Business Bureau, got response All prepaid accounts are pro-rated on a monthly basis of $20 per month. I have pro-rated the account from March to September.
Unfortunately there is no credit due back on your account. Sounds like breach-of-contract AND rotten service to me.
