I ordered a chair from them in April. It has been over 4 months since my order. My order supposedly shipped 6/18 almost 2 months ago. It is now 8/14. In an email they gave me a phone number and name of my liason, and it said to email or call with any questions. It also said 30 days for it deliver from the day it shipped.

I went into this purchase already knowing I was not going to see this chair for MONTHS. I knew that going in, and was okay with that. What I am not okay with, is them taking my money right from the beginning, and NEVER replying to emails, NEVER answering that bogus phone number that goes straight to voicemail, NEVER replying to voicemails. NEVER returning calls. In other words, you give them your money, and YOU NEVER hear back from them, EVER, and you just hope that one day you will get what you ordered.

There is ABSOLUTELY ZERO customer service, no one to talk to or email. I have tried numerous attempts to email, call, left voicemails, and no one, not even my supposed liason Erica, has reached out to me. It is now 2 months since my order shipped, and I have not received any updates. I understand the wait would be months, but what I did not understand was that the customer service is non existant. They really leave you in the dark, and make you feel robbed. Like no one is there to answer ANYTHING.

I can only imagine what it is like trying to deal with them if there happens to be an issue with the product when it is delivered, or trying to even get a refund if the item arrives damaged. Either way, I am not going to wait to find out. Yesterday I tried one final time to give them the benefit of the doubt and called and emailed and left voicemails. Nothing. So I called my credit card company to retrieve the funds. I honestly was really looking forward to the chair.

Unfortunately, I cannot give my money to a company that totally ignores you after they take your money. They also limit who can comment on their social media accounts, so they can weed out the negative comments from several customers complaining who are in my shoes. Just look at the Better Business Bureau reviews and several others online. I should have known better. Lesson learned indeed.
