My Norton Internet security reported that on Feb 19, 2006 a computer with IP Address 216.55.160.18 tried to attack my home computer with a "Default Block Gatecrasher Trojan Horse".

I would like to take legal action against Abacus America Inc. for this attack on my home PC. I am a senior software engineer at Motorola Inc., frequently work from home on my home PC, and have some work related files in my home PC. I believe my rights have been violated by Abacus America Inc.
