Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
We rented a 27inch TV from Aarons Rental. The agreement was $59.10 for 12 months. We were on time if not early with payment for 9 months. The TV then broke. It took them three days to come to even look at the TV.

The third day a guy came shook the cord of the TV, plugged the TV into a surge bar instead. He then called somebody at the store talking to him about not knowing what was wrong with the TV. He stated several cuss words while talking to this person at the store. Stating I don't know what is wrong with this mother Fing TV" several times.

He then told me that it was better to plug it in a surge bar. After this the TV worked for him. He then left; five mins after he left the TV then did not work anymore. Went back to doing what it was doing before. I called Aarons back as soon as the TV did this. I talked to Carl; he told me it would be the next day before he could get somebody to return. It took them two more days before they came back. I live in a secure building, which means I had to wait from the to come...with no selected time. It was said they would be here between 2-6pm.

That was given each time they were to come. I called a few times during this time with reassurance that they would be there that day. This never happened. When they finally came and got the TV I was given a "loaner" TV while they were to repair the other one. The guys that took the TV were rude about it. Slamming the loaner TV down on the stand. The "loaner" is broke in a couple places also.

They were supposed to call us when they found out what was wrong with the TV. They never did I had to call them to find out what was wrong. I found out that the TV can not be repaired. I was told the TV was under warranty. I asked what was to happen next. I was then talking to Terry, who I was told was a manager. He told me they would find a TV of equal or less value. Nobody had called me back after this statement.

Now all of a sudden they are taking action against me on the payments. The TV I have now is clearly been used. I have paid $531.90 for a used TV. There are three payments of $59.10 left. Now when I'm trying to clear this up..Managers are busy and can't come to the phone. When I did talk to a manager I was told I had to finish payments just to get a Lesser Value TV. Why do I need to pay all this money to get a TV that I'll be over paying for? The "loaner" is a 27inch. I would be willing to take this TV and an even thing. It is used so I don't feel that I should have to finish the three payments.
