THE BIG AAMCO DECEPTION, BY A SOON TO BE X-DEALER *UPDATE
This is to warn anyone who is even thinking about opening or converting to an AAMCO franchise. I along with countless other
disgruntled dealers wish to warn anyone to stay away, better yet run away!
I along with my partner, each attended AAMCO's propaganda school. Of the 20 or so new dealers who attended the school with us, (to the best of our knowledge) there are 3 left. No, that is not a misprint, there are three left. Of those three, two are so upside down, they cannot pay AAMCO all the charges and fees associated with running an AAMCO. Most likely, they will probably lose everything and file bankruptcy along with several of the others.
There are just too many issues to deal with in a forum. Please keep watching as several x-dealers are putting together a site to expose AAMCO's business practices to there prospective franchisees as well as how they promote the highest repair prices in the industry. Remember, the higher the price, the higher the cut for AAMCO!!

I AM NOW A FORMER OWNER AND THIS COMPANY IS BULLSHIT. WHEN YOU GO TO THE HOME OFFICE, IT IS NOT WHAT YOU EXPECT. IT IS SO LOW BUDGET INCLUDING THE PEOPLE THAT WORK IN THE DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS. ON THE OTHER HAND, WHILE THE DEALERS ARE SUFFERING, I UNDERSTAND ALL OF THE BIG WIGS ARE DRIVING MERCEDES AND BENZ'. I CAN'T AFFORD THAT AND I OWNED MY OWN SHOP. THIS IS A GOOD WARNING. SOON WE WILL SEE THEM ON TELEVISION TRYING TO CLEAR THEIR NAME OF NEW LAWSUITS. THE HOME OFFICE IS NOT SUPPORTIVE OF THE DEALERS.
