That I didn't cancel sooner is even worse having spent many months paying $45/mth for something we never have gotten setup and was given the run around and ignored by countless agents and sent to the we will call you back when an agent is available should sent your company in to more then "sad to see you go" and more in a let us fix the issues and account for the problem with resolve and fix our "zoho" company imagine as more than a horrible customer service; with a great product (if you can figure it out) but no that was never the case and instead; our company lost money and time and sadly since we can say we used your zoho one for email use only as this was all we could ever connect with help from our email host provider. I can say this was the most expensive email service we have ever used. 

 

6 invoices @ $45/mth is crazy $270 total wasted when we could have paid 6 invoices @ $3/mth = $18 for the same service elsewhere. Your company should be ashamed lies and misrepresentation is all zoho is and has shown us.

 

Just know we don't expect ever to get back anything from this company you clearly had so much to offer in ability but lacking the communication and help structure to assist users to build the systems you claim we can build ourselves. Phone support non existent and no real world help without paying $1000s to $10,000s on 3rd party dev team to help build and code and deploy the basics. Its really should be added to the purchase and check out page: OH BY THE WAY STATEMENT - Have $1000s ready to have professionals build this after check out.
