Ms. Yong, I have several points and questions and I hope you don't mind that I ask they be answered before the end of training.

1. I would like something that I can physically have on record showing that this is a legitimate, valid, and offer coming from Yamaha, that if someone were to call Yamaha, they would verify my employment.  I ask this for a couple reasons, but mainly because when you go to the Official Yamaha site and under careers, there are no job listings, or open positions listed.                      2. With the 401(k) plan, what is the company's contribution into the plan?                                               3 What is the company's share, or contribution into the stock options? 4. What are the deductibles on the various medical and dental insurances for employee and spouse, and percentages of coverage for in-patient and out-patient costs?

Ms. Yong, how exciting it is to be starting my training here in a little under 12 hours from now!  I appreciate your rapid response to my last request, thank you.  You must understand however, that this is a very unusual, if not unheard-of way to be interviewed and then hired without and type of face to face meeting and can raise some skepticism.  Please don't take me wrong, I really want this job to work out, I mean, really!  

I would however, ask for a Letter of Intent on company letterhead with the appropriate signatures, emailed to me.

And why not have Yamaha purchase the needed equipment from a store here locally, and I just pick it up?

Ms Yong, thanks for your help, but a letter of intent is an acknowledgement of being offered and given a position, so why would I have to wait until after training? By then I would have all the equipment.
