Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort at Gatlinburg Westgate Resorts Would Not take NO for an Anwser Orlando Florida
While visiting Gatlinberg Tennessee Me and my girlfriend were stopped!
Asked if we would be interested in a tour of WESTGATE SMOKY MOUNTAIN RESORTS. We said NO, But then we were told it would only take an Hour and we would be given 50 dollars each just for looking!
So we got into a van and was driven to the resort several miles away! We listen to speach about how great it was to own your own time share and how much money it would save! WE SAID NO!
Then we were told to at least look at the cabins, We said NO Can't afford it! Manger came over said that was part of we had to look!
So We looked at them! Again We said NO! Manger came back went over how great it would be! We Said NO!
Waiting to be taken back to our location because we didnt drive could not leave! Again they started about how great it is, How you cant afford not to do it! At this point we were there over 4 hours! Still we said NO!
Then the manager comes over, And offers free membership for year, We said NO NO And NO But yet it continued, After 6 hours no food we were tired just wanted to leave! Seemed the only way out was to agree! Biggest mistake of my life! Payments we cant afford, plus all the interest we wasn't told about!
Maintain fee and Tax already barely getting by its been a struggle to keep up with all the money they want 2 years i have paided them every monthplus fees and the calls and emails wanting MORE MORE AND MORE MONEY!
I find out i still have 8 more years of monthly payments and a lifetime maintainece fee! All because WESTGATE WOULDNT TAKE NO FOR AN ANWSER! They fianlly tooks back to our car after 8 hours with our signtures on paper and our money!
We were tired and weardown and felt no other way out! WESTGATE has cost me thousands now! WE taken advantage of robbed by the westgate thieves! BEWARE ALL!

If only I had known then , what was taking place! I would have Paul! The reason for this report is to inform others of their scam! You stated our phone if your part of Westgate you already know the scam! Then you commit Why Not! Biting my tongue at this point! And NO I didn't see cabs there! It isn't New York Paul! I could say alot about Westgate just nothing good! Their employees work on commition , Lie and do anything to put money in their pockets! They talk a good talk and been trained well! In the end result it's BS. It's the things they don't tell you that matters the most in the taking of your money! I still get calls wanting me to pay more for life Time memberships, leasing my timeshare and you can't give it away! which is BS and never ending! They want you to pay them up front to lease your timeshare to someone else, how crazy is that! I was crazy the first time and they got me but never again or anyyone else! As I stated again that's the reason for this post in hopes it stops just one from making a terrible misstake Paul !!!! The more you pay the more they call , never ending! I regret ever hearing of Westgate!

Your report stated you could not get-up and leave. My question is "why not". You were at a resort. Probably, there was a taxi staging outside the resort. If not, you could have used our cell phone to call a local taxi for pick-up.
