i called and cancelled within time frame. i sent letter and material back. they gave every excuse in the book not to grant me my refund. they also are still trying to take out my account every other week. i will never visit this resort again or recommend it. my advice, go to the seminar and say no to everything. no to everything. say noooooooooooooooooooooo.
