I made reservations at the Westgate Hotel Las Vegas, they made it for the wrong dates & when i called to add a night they had no record of the reservation. The reservation was made two months before our flight, they screwed up & reserved for July & my reservations were for Sept. We were consided a no show, which i can live with getting charged for one night (which is the Hotels policy) but they refused any refund because they couldnt rent the room, which should be they're problem. Me & my girlfriend spent 4 hours getting runaround on the phone trying to resolve the situation but at the end of the day we said Screw-it & got a new hotel....will never use Expedia or stay at WestGate hotels ever again.

It sounds like you mis-navigated the Expedia site. Sometimes when you press the back-arrow you loose some or all the information input. It sounds like you didn't verify the dates before completing the transaction.
