Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I only worked for the company for one week during training they explain how the consumers they book on tours need to qualify for the free or low cost vacation however consumers think they qualify with the questions at the beginning before the purchase or free vacation however when you get there if you do not make atleast 50 thousand you do not qualify. Even if you do make 50 thousand if you debt ratio is over their requirements then you are stuck paying for the dream vacation at their resort at full price. Keep in mind most people chose area far away from home. Can you imagine being stranded because you cannot afford to pay all because you were not explained this in the beginning. Well I was let go because they asked me to go to hr after working hours off the clock to fill out paperwork from the EEOC and other sheets of questions asking if I have taken Food Stamps otherwise known as EBT or if someone residing with me is on disability. To my knowledge these questions have nothing to do with your job and are not mandatory only volutary. Well when I asked the hispanic man that handed me the paperwork in hr if this was mandatory he stated yes!.... I refused to fill out the questionare. Due to that by the manager Danielle called me on my cell after working hours and I was let go. I believe this is an attack on my civil rights. What is this country coming to when we are intimidated to provide private personal information for the securty of an employment?! The manager clearly brought up the situation that happenned verbly as the main issue before letting me go. I am glad that I was able to see what type of corporation this was before investing my knowledge, time and energy. My concern is the government is paying these companies a bonus for hiring people on the system and paying companies to make employees devulge information about people they live with or may be living with them.  Intimidating employees to become whistle blowers while the company get the bonuses and for this money the companies are lying or just not advising employees that these types of questionares or volutary only! Well Westgate clearly lied and told me it was mandatory in order to ensure that bonus they recieve. Soon all companies will do the same hopefully some brave legal firm will file a case to avoid this in the future and help maintain our civil rights not to be violated.
