 Wells Fargo Bank honered my Wacovia no fees whatsoever contract for several years, though I had to bring the contract in and demand compliance every six months or so when the fees were charged. Several months ago, when I was out of town for a few months, and mainly using my credit union accounts, Wells Fargo fee'd my checking and savings accounts to $0 and permanently closed them. When I confronted them, the banker offered to open new accounts; but refused to honer the " no fees" provision of the Wacovia contract nor reopen my much valued "free forever" checking and savings accounts as they had done for many years since taking over wacovia; even though I had consistently refused to give up the contract through the years, and the accounts were always adjusted to reverse fee charges when I brought my Wacovia contract in and demanded compliance; untill this last time. I want my "free forever, no fees whatsoever, never ever" Wacovia contract honered, and my original accounts reopened. Thank-you.

I have tried to move on with my life with what the evil ashley and chaz hawthorne did to me but they just keep on falsely accuse me of harassing her and coming around me to make my life miserable

I have tried to move on with my life and put this behind me. But they just keep egging things on by coming around us and making my life miserable. And how those felon friends of ashley hawthorne at wells fargo got their way in getting rid of me at wells fargo. Wells fargo is nothing but full of felon criminals which is why the higher ups at wells fargo has sided with ashley hawthorne against me and let her get away with the unlawful harassment and unethical things she has done against me.

Perhaps that is why they went under, as I have never seen a bank offer FREE checking forever with no strings attached.  There is usally something tied to it such as minimum deposit amount, minimum number of transactions, age (IE.Senior/Student), or profession (IE. Public Service).

I have also never seen terms of an account that said that the bank did not have the right to close it at their discression or to change the terms as needed.  So one has to wonder what were the EXACT and FULL terms and conditions of this account.  If they had this right all Wells Fargo needed to do is close the account and say that they no longer offer it.

But in looking at your situation, with the "average" fees around $12/month for you to be wipped out of both in a few months we can figure you had less than $100 in both, possibly less than $50. This brings up the question....Why are you so particular to keep this account open if you don't even use it.  You use a Credit Union account.  It would be even more odd if you now tell us that the Credit Union account charges you ANY fees.

So one has to wonder what the rest of the story is.

Did you just keep this account open hoping that eventually they would "breach" the contract and you could go file a suit against them and have a nice little Payday..because that is what is sure looks like.
