The Water Guys Shop The Water Guys Have not received the order I paid for after several attempts to contact them. Requested a refund - no response from company.
December 7, 2020, purchased shower filter $39.99 - 20 cup pitcher $79.95 - freebies were a testing meter and 2 shower filters. They ran my card for 79.95 and 39.95.
As of January 16, 2021 no order, emailed for a tracking #, received email from Neza stating shipments were coming in and to give till the 26th. January 31st emailed for a refund - microsoft rejected, email address not found. February 7th emailed again asking for a full refund withing 72 hours. Microsoft has not rejected this message. February 8th called 844-462-3489 told to leave a message. Have not heard from The Water Guys since the email from Neza 1/16. Should have done the research before buying.
