I purchased a VPS (Cloud Desk top) for my business. I got set up and started my business. It was not long beore I was told that I was out of memory. So I reached out to support to understand and got a response that did not help me at all, then I finaly purchased more memory by changing my platform which deleted all of my data and I had to start from scratch.  Now I have been told that they are restricting my CPU which now is costing me money. 

They are NOT as advertised, They have NO real support and they are RIPPING PEOPLE OFF...

BE AWARE THAT THEY SAY USE THERE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

If you cancel any Service prior to the expiration of the pre-paid Fees, You understand and agree that Vultr will not issue You any refund whatsoever, including but not limited to any remaining pre-paid Fees, set up Fees, and/or special programming Fees.
