Virtual Shield Upload speeds only 16-20 MPS once started using fiber-optics. Without Virtual Shield over 500 MPS Los Angeles CA
Upload speeds became unbearably slow once I moved into a home that had fiber-optics. Without any VPN, speeds were in excess of 500 MPS. With other VPNs - over 200 MPS. With Virtual Shield, 16-20 MPS.
Went through multiple sessions with their support and tried everything they suggested. Nothing worked. The problem is they are refusing to refund ONLY the prepaid portion of my subscription.
If a product's problem is not solvable, it's not fair to continue to keep monies received for it.
