Vintage Group Property Management Vintage Group Real Estate This lazy management company will not respond to emails, bullies residents and fleeces residents financially. Laguna Hills,Fallbrook,Sacramento,Palm Desert,Scottsdale,Las Vegas California
This management company sent me a letter regarding some weeds on my lot but is so lazy they would not respond to any emails I sent them despite their correspondence which encouraged calling or emailing them. I finally had to call them but was lied to over the phone and told to ignore the letter and was then fined! When I tried to contact the Board by sending a letter they said they would forward to the board they instead returned my letter thus blocking me from contacting the Board.
Neither would they give me any contact info for my own Board of Directors! This appears to be a scheme to generate revenue through fines. They are also too lazy to provide any account access for residents and have hired Homewise to provide docs when you sell your lot and it cost me $681 when I decided to sell because I wanted to free myself from this unethical management! Homewise is also listed on Yelp and most of the reviews agree that it is a scam to fleece residents by charging hundreds of dollars to email HOA docs such as CC&Rs, Rules & Regulations which should be posted freely for all to see. These problems can only be avoided by avoiding HOAs altogether so you can live in freedom!
Vintage Group is the most HORRIBLE company you will ever have to deal with! I would rather sleep on a park bench than live under their management. If you find yourself under their influence in any way then RUN! RUN! RUN! Life is too short to have to live under their malignant narcissistic and sociopathic management. On the other hand, if your looking for a company that can manage an internment camp or prison then look no further because you have found them. Poorly rated companies like this one will continue to exist because they are connected to huge real estate trusts that care nothing about the residents and are unresponsive and only profit oriented. Don't expect a HOA that hires this company to actually represent the residents because the voting is just for "show" and the management company is a shoe-in and cannot be gotten rid of.
