Video Computer Store ripped off, fed up
I purchased a computer from Video Computer Store October 1999. We took 2 months to receive a computer and 4 months to receive all of it. Then it didn't work. They had to send a new one that took about 2 months. Finally in March 2000 we had a computer that was running. It has crashed several times and had to be set up like it came from the factory. Cybermax has gone out of business which is the company that we were supposed to have lifetime support from. I have spent many many hours on the phone for Cybermax.
Once I found out Cybermax went out of business I held for numerous hours for the Video Computer Store. Now I can't even get through to them. My system will not shut down half the time and I'm tired of losing valuable information.
