Valerie Brown Lehman College Falsified Records to Wrongfully Terminate Employee Valerie Brown falsified documentation to terminate an employee during a pandemic. Bronx New York
Valerie Brown falsified documentation to terminate an employee during a pandemic. This individual posted false information stating an employee never followed up with staff members or applicants. Valerie Brown was copied in all of the emails in which the employee followed up with the staff members and applicants. Thus, showing this individual knowingly made false statements and fabricated documents in order to wrongfully terminate an employee during the pandemic.
This individual then called the employee and fooled them into going to the office to complete an assignment when in fact it was for the purposes of terminating the employee.This individual also falsified evaluations and claimed entry level staff were not properly "supervising" other staff. And Valerie Brown was caught regularly sleeping during her shift and doing 2 to 3 hours worth of work during an 8 hour shift.
