G Ramesh, S/o Govindasamy claiming that he is MD of the company called Universal Trading Solutions or Paymax or paymax prime (all are unregistered copanies), Head office located at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. and branches in various cities in India.
G Ramesh/UTS/paymax/paymax prime borrowed money from 80,000 thousands innocent investors from different locations with false promise of high ROI. He promised that, the borrowed money will be legally traded in the global commodity market (oil, bullion and forex) and return back to investors with high ROI. However he never traded and mis-use those money and bought land and properties in his personal name and family members names in around coimbatore, TN, India.
And, G Ramesh force the innocent investors to refer more customers in the MLM pyramid logic and after some time entire money swallowed by himself and refused to payback the ROI and principal amount when investors demand with one another reasons and dragged more than 1 1/2 yrs. When investors demand the principal money, he voluntarily filed petition in the Madras High court that he will repay the outstanding principal amount to 80,000 investors under the legal committee headed Retired Justice K N Basha as per the court order.
Around 20,000 innocent investors submitted the claim form to Legal committee to get back their hard earned money. The committee received the claim forms and never move beyond in the refund process and never they called the investors for the verification of the outstanding (require to pay by G. Ramesh as he owe the money from investors) amount for their investment. Moreover G Ramesh's office call centre people or committee staff members calling the innocent investors and threatening and giving mental torcher by saying that pay additional INR 25,000 to get back their outstanding amount from G Ramesh which is unfair and biggest scam in the history of Tamil nadu State, India.
Moreover G Ramesh threaten the innocent investors to sign the Sworn document (where it written that, all money has been received by the innocenent investors from G Ramesh, UTS), so that G Ramesh able to submit that as proof to the legal committee that the outstanding amount has been refunded to all the investors.
it seems G Ramesh backed/supported by political persons/parties in Tamil Nadu, India. And the all 80,000 innocent people suffering, kind of mental torcher, money loss, MLM fraud and it's consequence and they can't concentrate on their daily routine life because of G Ramesh's mental torcher and refusing to repay the outstanding amount.
Please refrain from this fradulent company UTS, Paymax, paymaxprime- all are owned/claimed by this fraud/cheater G. Ramesh.
