This is the result of United airlines outsourcing their customer service to India, United received billions in USA bailouts and this is how they treat disabled americans. 

After over an hour on hold with United India customer service, They confirmed we could buy a seat for our cat with our specific size cage. We spent a year on the permit process to get our cat home on this specific flight listed on our government permit with a veterinarian waiting at the airport in Hawaii for our arrival.

When departing PSP United forced me to pay a pet fee on top of the extra seat charge, and the cat cannot have carryons so they forced us to check 2 very important bags one containing life critical medication. We took a first class flight to SFO to connect to Hawaii.

SFO said they wouldn't fly our cat to Hawaii regardless of the government permit. They wouldn't let us board our flight home to Hawaii and offered no help, they were sending us back to PSP 8 hours later with out an extra seat for the cat. United called me to say my bags arrived in Hawaii but they can only hold for a few hours, they could careless about our situation. So much for the aloha spirit, it looks like the corrupt american system has sucked the happiness out of the great Hawaiian people.

On our flight to PSP the flight attendant was giving my wife a hard time about the size of our cat cage, I told the attendant what to do, the lbgtqpz+- feminist attendant took offense and asked me if there was a problem so I told her what her company did to us 8 hours earlier, she had nothing to say just walked away as I fixed the cage under the seat. She called her thugs to remove me from the flight separating me from my family.

Once I reunited with my family the next day, we took the first Alaska Airlines flight home to Hawaii with no problems. United lost 8 of our first class checked bags and sent them to a salvage facility. They gave us $2.30 for a refund. I told my bank to issue a chargeback and send their insult of a refund back. They fought the chargeback and won. They like to play games with the court system like your typical corrupt company, this is hard as we are disabled so we are currently looking for representation, contact us if you're an attorney.
