UMAX ripoff Dallas Texas
I was given a scanner with out the software to download to my computer. I searched for the soft ware and found that i can get it from UMAX
well i ordered it and paid 14.50 + 4.35 for shipping and handling well for a while their website worked .I checked my order status and they said it was shipped on the 16th of August 2006 that should have been at my house by now since it is the 27th and I live in Saint Louis Missouri.
Well I called them a few times and all i get is a run around on the answer machine and it ends with it telling me to just email them at [email protected] ,so then i finally emailed my complaint. it has come back to me undeliverible and that there is no address that i submitted, so i checked what i typed and what i read and i wrote it out correct. I go to the website and it is no longer there. But my card did cleared with the money though.

If the charge was to your credit card (not debit card, check card, or checking account), contact the credit card company as soon as possible to request a dispute form.
