Ultra Racing USA, LLC Ordered a product, had an emergency happen. Tried to cancelled, was offered a partial refund. Fairfield Caifornia
I ordered some parts for my car, placed the order. Then shortly after I had an emergency happen and needed to cancel the order. Upon requesting the cancellation they offered only a partial refund with no explanation on why. Order was never shipped.
